CA Himanshu Gupta, our Founder has worn multiple Hats at Consulting business with KPMG to start with and then moved onto his startup dream to Lenskart to build and lead the taxation vertical there. Here, he has played a crucial role in setting up operations in China and Singapore. While working on the e-commerce setup in Lenskart, Himanshu found adrenal rush in Cross-Border e-Commerce (a budding industry across the globe) where China being the world’s factory was leading from the forefront. Himanshu worked with founders of Club Factory, an Cross Border e-Comm platform to set up their India and Dubai business. In his recent stint at Shiprocket, Himanshu encountered a huge gap in Finance Process management, He realised that with the advent of AI and ever growing focus on Finance process automation, the Corporate Finance management is poised to be disrupted. He studied various businesses, right from eComm to Logistics to SaaS in order to ascertain the need-gap in finance processes and an opportunity to synergise efficiently and in sync all the finance processes under one roof. He observed that Finance at SaaS (Software as a Service) business is broken and needs to be integrated to drive desired results. Hence, he ventured into building a SaaS first Finance execution company which helps Global SaaS startups achieve their finance management goals.

CA Naveesh Nagpal, joined hands with Himanshu and was later inducted as a Co-Founder of the company. Naveesh and Himanshu had the shared vision and wanted to add value to the current broken Finance ecosystem at SaaS businesses with the help of Technology. Naveesh, a CA by profession has served multiple startups such as Lenkart, Shiprocket, Quest, etc. helping them execute various finance related operations such as Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, Month Close, etc.
